Creating and Managing Tags
1.1 Drone Operations Center – Tags
Before you start:
Tags in AirHub help you organise and categorise missions for easy filtering and search. They are ideal for grouping missions by client, project, type of operation, or any other relevant label.
Once created, tags can be reused across multiple missions and updated centrally from the Library.
1.2 How to Create a New Tag
Select the workspace where you want to create the tag using the Workspace Switcher.
Open the Library from the sidebar and click on Tags.
Click the + New button in the header.
In the form that appears, enter a name for your tag.
• Purpose: To create a reusable label for mission categorisation.
• Examples: Project-X, Client-ABC, Mapping-Survey, or Night-Flight.Click Save to confirm.
Your tag is now created and can be used to categorise missions within your workspace.
1.3 How to Manage Existing Tags
Once tags are created, you can edit or delete them at any time from the Tags section in your Library.
To Edit a Tag
Find the tag you wish to modify in the list.
Click the Edit (pencil) icon next to it.
Rename the tag in the text field and click Save.
Note: When you rename a tag, the change automatically updates on all missions where that tag is already applied.
To Delete a Tag
Find the tag you wish to remove in the list.
Click the Delete (trash can) icon next to it.
A confirmation dialog will appear, click Delete to confirm.
Note: Deleting a tag removes it from all missions it was previously assigned to.
1.4 Using Tags in Missions
Once created, your tags become available in the Tags field when creating or editing a mission.
Tags make it easier to:
• Categorise missions by project, type, or team.
• Filter your Mission List to quickly find related operations.
Using consistent tag naming helps maintain structure and clarity across your workspace.
1.5 Summary
Tags are an effective way to keep your AirHub workspace organised. By creating, managing, and applying tags, you can quickly group and locate missions, streamline workflows, and maintain a clear operational overview.
