Login

You can access your data through the Drone Operation Center or via the Ground Control Apps. If you don’t have an account yet, you’ll need to register and create an account first. You can learn more about how to register your account here.

Drone Operation Center

1. Go to the AirHub dashboard using this link: https://dashboard.airhub.app/#/login

2. Enter your email and password.

3. Click on ‘Login.’

Ground Control App

1. Download the app from the App Store or Play store.

2. Open the app.

3. At the bottom of the app’s main screen, you’ll see the option to log in.

4. Enter your email and password.

5. Click on ‘Login.’

Login with Microsoft Single Sign-On (SSO)

Drone Operation Center (DOC)

1. Open our website and select “Login”.

2. Select “Sign in with SSO.”

3. Fill in your Microsoft SSO short name and select “Login.” Your company will determine this specific short name for the SSO login. For more information, please contact your company.

4. Follow the steps from Microsoft, and you are now logged in.

Ground Control

⚠️ If you’re using the old DJI Smart Controller version (i.e., Android 7), please install Google Chrome or Firefox in order to proceed with the Microsoft SSO login.

1. Open the app.

2. Select “Sign in with SSO.”

3. Fill in your Microsoft SSO short name and select “Login.” Your company will determine this specific short name for the SSO login. For more information, please contact your company.

4. Follow the steps from Microsoft, and you are now logged in.

Having trouble logging in?

Make sure that the email and password you have entered are correct. If either of them is entered incorrectly, you will receive a message explaining why you can’t log in. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by following these steps.

Drone Operation Center

1. Go to the login screen.

2. Click on “Forgot password.”

3. Fill in the email address connected to the account.

4. An email will be sent with the reset instructions.

Ground Control

1. Go to the login screen.

2. Press “forgot password.”

3. Fill in the email address connected to the account.

4. An email will be sent with the reset instructions.

Register an account

To use our software, you must first create an account. You can create an account in both the Drone Operations Center and the Ground Control App.

Drone Operations Center

1. Go to the AirHub dashboard via this link: https://dashboard.airhub.app/#/sign-up

2. Below the ‘forgot password’ option, you’ll see a button that says ‘create an account.’ Click on this button.

3. Enter your email address.

4. Choose a strong password.

5. Click on the “Register” button to complete the registration process.

Ground Control

1. Download the app in the App Store or Play store

2. Open the app, and you’ll see the option to create an account at the bottom above ‘log in’.

3. Enter your email address and press “Continue”.

4. Choose a strong password.

5. Press “Register” to complete the registration process.
