Zusammenfassung:
We are looking for a creative Video Content Creator with a passion for visual storytelling and, ideally, a drone pilot licence in their pocket.
We're looking for a Video Content Creator to join our marketing team at AirHub and help us tell the stories that matter. From wildfires being contained by drone-assisted teams to police units responding faster because of smarter airspace management.
This is a hands-on role. You will plan, shoot, edit, and deliver video content for campaigns, social media, events, product demos, and customer cases. You will also take our content into the field, capturing aerial footage in operational environments. If you already hold a drone pilot licence (A1/A3 or higher), even better. If not, we will support you in getting certified.
Our mission
Do you want to use your creativity to support people who save lives? At AirHub, you actually can.
First responders save lives every day, but they often lack the right technology to do it as effectively as possible. When someone goes missing at sea, when wildfires spread rapidly, or when emergencies unfold, every second counts. At AirHub, we believe that cutting-edge drone technology can be the difference between life and death.
We are a Dutch software company on a mission to empower first responders and public safety organisations with advanced drone solutions. Our Drone Operations Centre enables seamless mission planning, real-time flight control, live video streaming, and AI-powered object detection, all while ensuring full aviation compliance.
If you are passionate about creating content that truly makes a difference, AirHub is the place for you.
Our team
AirHub currently has 25+ employees (and growing) across product, development, sales, marketing and operations. It is a remote-first start-up environment with a flat structure, short lines, and a team that genuinely cares about what it builds. We take our work seriously, and yes, we do team outings with big drones and camera gimbals.
You will be joining our marketing team, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, and collaborating with sales, product, and customer success to capture the right stories at the right time.
What you will do
Plan, shoot, edit, and deliver video content for marketing campaigns, social media, the website, demos, and events.
Capture aerial footage using a drone in operational and outdoor environments.
Translate complex technical topics into clear, engaging visual content that resonates with our target audiences, from police forces to critical infrastructure operators.
Coordinate shoots, scripts, and post-production from briefing to final delivery.
Support storytelling around our product, customer use cases, and events.
Work from marketing briefs to ensure video output supports campaign and content objectives.
Maintain brand consistency across all video output.
What we are looking for
Based in or willing to relocate to Groningen or the surrounding area.
Proven experience in video production and editing.
Nice to have: certified drone pilot (A1/A3 or higher) or willingness to obtain a licence. We will support you in getting there.
Ability to translate complex technical subjects into clear and engaging visual narratives.
Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar, including colour grading and audio editing.
Experience in B2B, technology, or product communication is a plus.
A degree or training in media, film, communication, or a related field is preferred.
What will make you successful in this role
You are a strong visual storyteller who can take a technical brief and turn it into content our target audience actually wants to watch.
You are self-directed and comfortable managing your own shoots and deadlines.
You pay close attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture.
You can adapt your style and output to different audiences and formats.
You understand brand consistency and care about the quality of the final product.
What you will love about this role
Real stories to tell: our customers use drones to respond to emergencies, protect borders, and manage critical infrastructure.
A varied role that takes you from the edit suite to operational field environments.
Flat, informal culture with short lines and direct feedback.
25 vacation days.
Hybrid working with our base in Groningen.
The occasional chance to fly a drone yourself.
