Archiving Checklists
1.1 Ground Control – Archive Checklists
Before you start:
Archiving a checklist allows you to remove it from active use while keeping all past records intact.
This helps maintain a clean and organised Library without losing any historical data linked to previous missions or maintenance programmes.
Important:
Archiving a checklist does not affect completed checklists used in earlier missions or maintenance programmes, all historical records remain accessible.
However, an archived checklist will no longer be available for selection in new missions or maintenance programmes.
1.2 How to Archive a Checklist
Select the workspace where the checklist is located using the Workspace Switcher, from the Workspace tab.
From the navigation bar, open the Library and click on Checklists.
From the list, open the checklist you want to archive.
In the header, press the three-dots menu (⋮).
Click Archive.
A confirmation dialog will appear, click Archive again to confirm your choice.
The checklist will now be moved to your archive, where it will remain stored for reference.
1.3 What Happens Next
After archiving:
• The checklist will be removed from active selection in new missions and maintenance programmes.
• It will remain visible in past records for audit and compliance purposes.
1.4 Summary
