Drone Operation Center

Adding equipment to your library is helpful for multiple reasons. It’ll give you a clear overview of which equipment is present, keep you always up to date about the status of the equipment, and ensure they’re always airworthy.

Add new equipment to your library

1. In the bar on the left side of the screen, you’ll see ‘Library’ as one of the options. Click on this.

2. Navigate to the ‘Equipment’ section by clicking on it on the left.

3. To add new equipment, click on the blue button ‘New’ in the upper right corner.

4. A screen will open, asking you to fill in the required information.

   • Add a picture (optional)

   • Add a name (mandatory)

   • Add the manufacturer (optional)

   • Add the model (optional)

   • Add the serial number (optional)

   • Hardware version (optional)

   • Add the firmware version (optional)

   • Add the weight (optional)

   • Add the date of purchase (optional)

5. Always make sure to click on save!

The equipment will automatically be added to the overview. Go to the next explanation to learn how to edit or delete your equipment.

Edit or delete your equipment

1. In the bar on the left side of the screen, you’ll see ‘Library’ as one of the options. Click on this.

2. Navigate to the ‘Equipment’ section by clicking on it on the left.

3. Click on the equipment you’d like to edit or delete.

4. In the upper right corner (next to the map), you’ll see three diagonal dots. Click on this.

5. The options to edit or delete will present themselves.

6. To edit the equipment, click on ‘Edit’ and change the information. Always make sure to click on save!

7. To delete equipment, click on ‘Delete’ and ‘Delete’ again in the pop-up window. The item is now permanently deleted; this action can’t be undone.

Equipment Information

It’s possible to see multiple types of information specifically for equipment.

1. Click on the equipment you’d like to see the information from. It’ll automatically land on the tab ‘Info.’

2. In order to see different information about the equipment, like the logbook, maintenance, documents, and statistics, click on the tabs underneath the name of your drone.

Add new equipment to your library

1. When you open the app, you’ll see the option ‘Library’ at the bottom. Click on this.

2. Click on ‘Equipment.’

3. An overview with all your equipment will open; if you haven’t added any equipment yet, this overview will be empty. Click on the ‘+’ icon in the upper right corner.

4. A new window will open requesting you to fill in the necessary information:

   • Name

   • Manufacturer

   • Model

   • Serial number

   • Firmware version

   • Hardware version

   • Weight (kg)

5. Always make sure to click on save

Ground Control Android App

Add new Equipment to your Personal Library

1. When you open the app, you’ll see the option ‘Library’ at the bottom. Click on this.

2. Click on ‘Eqipment’

3. An overview with all your equipment will open. Click on the ‘+’ icon in the upper right corner

4. A new window will open requesting you to fill in the necessary information:

   • Name

   • Manufacturer

   • Model

   • Serial number

   • Firmware version

   • Hardware version

   • Weight (kg)

5. Always make sure to click on save

Add new Equipment to your Team’s Library

1. Go to the Library and switch the tab to Teams from the top of the screen. This will display all the teams you are part of.

2. Select the team you want to see the equipment of.

3. This will display all the tabs in accordance with the selected team.

4. Select Equipment from the list.

5. An overview of all your equipment will open; if you haven’t added any equipment yet, this overview will be empty. Click on the ‘+’ icon in the upper right corner.

6. A new window will open requesting you to fill in the necessary information:

   • Name

   • Manufacturer

   • Model

   • Serial number

   • Firmware version

   • Hardware version

   • Weight (kg)

7. Always make sure to click on save

Edit Equipment

1. Go to the equipment you’d like to edit.

2. To edit the equipment, click on the pencil in the upper right corner and edit the information.

3. Make sure to click on save.
