Batteries

Adding batteries to your library is helpful for multiple reasons. It’ll give you a clear overview of which batteries are present, keep you always up-to-date about the status of the battery, and ensure they’re always airworthy.

Add a New Battery to your Library

1. In the bar on the left side of the screen, you’ll see ‘Library’ as one of the options. Click on this.

2. Navigate to the ‘Batteries’ section by clicking on it on the left.

3. To add a new battery, click on the blue button ‘New’ in the upper right corner.

4. A screen will open, asking you to fill in the required information.

   • Add a picture (optional)

   • Add a name (mandatory)

   • Add the manufacturer (optional)

   • Add the model (optional)

   • Add the serial number (mandatory)

   • Add when it was last changed (optional)

5. Always make sure to click on save!

The battery will automatically be added to the overview. Go to the next explanation to learn how to edit or delete your batteries.

Edit or Archive your Batteries

1. Click on the battery you’d like to edit or delete.

2. In the upper right corner (next to the map), you’ll see three diagonal dots. Click on this.

3. The options to edit or archive will present themselves.

4. To edit the battery, click on ‘Edit’ and change the information. Always make sure to click on save!

5. To archive the battery, click on ‘Archive’ and the battery will be archived.

Battery Information

It’s possible to see multiple types of information specifically for a battery.

1. Click on the battery you’d like to see the information from. It’ll automatically land on the tab ‘Info.’

2. In order to see different information about the battery, like its detailed information, logbook, maintenance, documents, and statistics, click on the tabs underneath the name of your drone to view the respective information.

2. Click on ‘Batteries’

3. An overview with all your batteries will open.

4. Click on any battery to see the details.

5. Click on the ‘+’ icon in the upper right corner.

6. A new window will open requesting you to fill in the necessary information:

   • Enter Name

   • Enter Manufacturer

   • Enter Model

   • Enter Serial number

7. Always make sure to click on save

Add a new Battery to your Personal Library

1. When you open the app, you’ll see the option ‘Library’ at the bottom. Click on this.

2. Click on ‘Batteries’

3. An overview of all your equipment will open; if you haven’t added any equipment yet, this overview will be empty. Click on the ‘+’ icon in the upper right corner.

4. A new window will open requesting you to fill in the necessary information:

   • Enter Name

   • Enter Manufacturer

   • Enter Model

   • Enter Serial number

5. Always make sure to click on save

Add a new Battery to your Team’s Library

1. Go to the Library and switch the tab to Teams from the top of the screen. This will display all the teams you are part of.

2. Select the team you want to see the equipment of.

3. This will display all the tabs in accordance with the selected team.

4. Select Batteries from the list.

5. An overview of all your equipment will open; if you haven’t added any equipment yet, this overview will be empty. Click on the ‘+’ icon in the upper right corner.

6. A new window will open requesting you to fill in the necessary information:

   • Enter Name

   • Enter Manufacturer

   • Enter Model

   • Enter Serial number

7. Always make sure to click on save

Edit a Battery

1. Go to the battery you’d like to edit.

2. To edit the battery, click on the pencil in the upper right corner and edit the information.

3. Make sure to click on save.
