Archiving a Piece of Equipment
1.1 Drone Operations Center – Equipment Archiving Overview
Before you start:
Archiving equipment is a way to remove an asset from your active list without deleting any associated mission or compliance data.
This function is only available from your Admin Workspace or Personal Workspace, it cannot be performed from within a Team Workspace.
1.2 How to Archive a Piece of Equipment
Follow these steps to move equipment into your archive:
Ensure you have selected your Admin Workspace or Personal Workspace from the Workspace switcher at the top of the sidebar.
Navigate to the Assets section in the sidebar and expand it.
Click on Equipment to view a list of all registered items.
Click on the name of the equipment you wish to archive to open its details page.
In the top-right corner, click the three-dots menu button (⋮).
Select Archive from the dropdown menu.
A confirmation dialog will appear. Click Archive again to confirm.
The item will now be removed from your active equipment list and placed in your archived equipment records.
1.3 What Happens to My Data
Archiving equipment in AirHub is non-destructive, meaning no information is lost.
• Past Missions and Logs are Preserved:
Any missions, flight logs, or reports that used this equipment remain fully accessible.
• Compliance Records Remain Intact:
The archived equipment will still appear in past operational data for auditing and historical reference.
• Easier Fleet Management:
Archiving keeps your active list up to date while retaining older or unused assets for recordkeeping.
