Archiving a Piece of Equipment
Note: You must be in your Admin workspace or Personal Workspace to archive equipment. This action cannot be performed from a team workspace.
Follow these steps to move a piece of equipment to your archive:
First, ensure you have selected your Admin workspace or Personal Workspace from the Workspace switcher at the top of the sidebar.
Navigate to the Assets section in the sidebar and expand it.
Click on the Equipment menu item to see a list of all equipment.
Click on the name of the equipment you wish to archive to open its details page.
Click on the three-dots menu button (⋮) in the top right corner.
Select the Archive button from the dropdown menu.
A confirmation dialog will appear. Click the Archive button again to confirm the action.
The item will now be removed from your active equipment list.
What Happens to My Data?
Archiving equipment is a non-destructive action. All of your data is safe.
Past Missions and Logs are Preserved: Archiving a piece of equipment will not affect your mission data. All past flight logs and mission details associated with the item will remain intact and accessible in your records for compliance and review.
