Manually Add Equipment

Adding a piece of equipment manually gives you full control over the information entered. It's a quick and straightforward process. Here’s how you do it:

  1. Open the AirHub Drone Operations Center (DOC) and log in to your account.

  2. Select the correct Workspace from the workspace switcher in the top navigation bar.

  3. Navigate to the Assets section in the left-hand sidebar and expand it.

  4. Click on the Equipment menu item from the dropdown list.

  5. Click the + New button located in the header at the top of the page.

  6. A form will appear. Fill in all the required data fields for your equipment, such as its make, model, and type.

Important: Pay close attention to the Serial Number. This number is the primary identifier for your equipment, used for assigning it to missions, tracking usage, and maintaining service records. Ensure it matches the serial number on the physical item.

  1. Once all the information is entered correctly, click Save.

That's it! Your equipment is now successfully added to your asset library and is ready to be assigned to flights and projects.

Importing Assets from DJI

If you're a DJI user, you can easily import your compatible equipment (like payloads), along with drones, batteries, and older flight data, directly from the DJI Cloud. This is a great way to quickly populate your AirHub workspace.
