How to sync your Flights via the DJI Cloud

If you have flights logged in the DJI app, you can sync them directly with AirHub through your DJI Cloud account.

Step 1: Upload Flights to the DJI Cloud
  1. Open the DJI app on your mobile device.

  2. Navigate to Settings and upload your flight records to the DJI Cloud.

Step 2: Sync from DJI Cloud in AirHub
  1. Open the AirHub Drone Operations Center (DOC) and go to the Missions.

  2. In the top-right corner, click on "import" button and choose "Sync via DJI Cloud".

  3. Log in with your DJI credentials.

You can choose to save your credentials by selecting Remember Me. This allows for faster future imports. If you prefer not to store your login, simply leave the box unchecked.

Step 3: Import Your Flight Records

Once synchronization is complete, you’ll receive a notification. A red indicator will appear above the DJI import button, signaling that new flights are ready to review.

  1. In the top-right corner, click on "import" button and choose "Sync via DJI Cloud".

  2. Select the flights you want to import.

  3. Click Import.

For Individual Users

Flights, drones, batteries and equipment are automatically added to your logbook with you assigned as the pilot.

Flights imported to a personal environment cannot later be moved to a team logbook.

Each flight can only be imported once to avoid duplication.

For Teams

You’ll be asked to assign team roles such as pilot, payload operator, or observer before the import is finalized.
