Exporting and Uploading DJI Flight Logs

1.1 Drone Operations Center – Flight Log Export Overview

Before you start:
Exporting your DJI flight logs allows you to analyse flight data, troubleshoot technical issues, or upload records to AirHub for compliance and centralised record keeping.
This guide explains how to export flight logs from DJI Pilot 2, DJI Fly, and DJI Go 4 on both Android and iOS devices, and how to upload them to AirHub.

1.2 Exporting Flight Logs from DJI Pilot 2 (Remote Controller)

  1. Connect your DJI remote controller (for example, DJI RC Plus) to your computer using a USB-C cable.

  2. On your computer, open the file explorer.

  3. Navigate to:
    Internal Storage > DJI > com.dji.industry.pilot > FlightRecord

  4. Inside the FlightRecord folder, you will find flight log files in .txt format, named like:
    DJIFlightRecord_YYYYMMDD_HHMMSS.txt

  5. Copy the .txt files to your computer.

1.3 Exporting Flight Logs from DJI Fly (Android)

  1. Connect your Android device to your computer using a USB cable.

  2. Open the file explorer on your computer.

  3. Navigate to:
    Internal Storage > DJI > dji.go.v5 > FlightRecord

  4. Inside the FlightRecord folder, locate the .txt flight log files named like:
    DJIFlightRecord_YYYYMMDD_HHMMSS.txt

  5. Copy the .txt files to your computer.

  1. Connect your DJI remote controller (for example, DJI RC Plus) to your computer using a USB-C cable.

  2. Navigate to:
    On My iPhone > DJI Fly > FlightRecords

  3. Locate the .txt files named like:
    DJIFlightRecord_YYYYMMDD_HHMMSS.txt

  4. Transfer the files to your computer using AirDrop or a USB cable.

1.6 Uploading Flight Logs to AirHub

Once you have exported your flight logs, you can upload them to AirHub to add them to your flight history.

  1. Open the AirHub Drone Operations Centre (DOC).

  2. Go to the Missions section.

  3. Click the Import button in the top-right corner.

  4. Choose Manually Upload.

  5. Select the .txt flight log files from your computer and upload them.

For Personal Workspaces

• Flights are automatically added to your logbook.
• You are automatically assigned as the pilot.

For Organisational Workspaces

• You will be asked to assign team roles such as Pilot, Payload Operator, or Observer before completing the import.
• Flights will then appear in the shared logbook of your organisation.
