Exporting Your Missions
1.1 Drone Operations Centre – Mission Export Overview
Before you start:
Exporting missions allows you to create reports for analysis, compliance, or external sharing. AirHub offers two types of exports, batch exports in CSV format for data processing and single mission reports in PDF format for documentation and client deliverables.
1.2 Batch Exporting Multiple Missions (CSV)
Use this method when you want to review multiple missions at once, analyse trends, or import data into another platform such as Excel or Power BI.
Go to Missions from the sidebar.
Locate the Export button in the header at the top of the page.
A dialog will appear allowing you to set your export filters. You can filter by:
• Date range – Limit the export to missions within a specific timeframe.
• Line of sight – Choose between VLOS and BVLOS operations.
• Drone – Export missions for a specific aircraft.
• Tags – Filter by mission tags for grouped operations.
• Status – Export only missions with a certain status (e.g., Draft, Completed). After selecting your filters, click Export.
A CSV file containing all matching missions will be generated and automatically downloaded to your device.
The exported CSV file includes all essential mission data such as mission name, date, location, assigned crew, and equipment used.
1.3 Exporting a Single Mission Report (PDF)
Use this option to generate a detailed, professional mission report that includes all operational data, attached files, and flight information.
This format is ideal for client deliverables, archival records, or regulatory documentation.
Go to Missions via the sidebar.
Open the specific mission you want to export.
Click on the three-dots menu button (⋮) in the header.
Select Print (PDF) from the dropdown menu.
A new browser tab will open with the native print dialog.
Choose Save as PDF to download the report to your device or print it directly.
Each exported mission report contains all relevant mission details, including:
• Mission overview and metadata.
• Flight records and statistics.
• Assigned team and equipment.
• Linked documents, notes, and checklists.
