AirHub provides two powerful ways to export your mission data. You can perform a batch export of multiple missions into a CSV file for data analysis, or you can generate a detailed PDF report of a single mission, perfect for sharing with clients or for compliance records.

How to Export Your Missions

Batch Exporting Multiple Missions (CSV)

Use this option when you need to analyze data from multiple missions, create custom reports, or import your flight data into other software.

  1. Go to Missions via the sidebar.

  2. Locate the Export button in the header at the top of the page.

  3. A dialog will appear. Set the options for your export by filtering by date range, line of sight, specific drone, tags, or mission status.

  4. Press Export.

A CSV file containing the data for all missions that match your filters will be generated and downloaded to your device.

Exporting a Single Mission Report (PDF)

This option generates a professional, detailed report for a single mission. It's ideal for client deliverables, archiving, or providing documentation to authorities.

  1. Go to Missions via the sidebar.

  2. Open the specific mission you want to export from the list.

  3. Click on the three-dots menu button (⋮) located in the header.

  4. Click on Print (PDF).

  5. A new tab will open in your browser, launching the native print dialog. Here you can either choose to print the pages directly or select "Save as PDF" to download the report to your device.
