Using the Mission Calendar
1.1 Drone Operations Center – Mission Calendar Overview
Before you start:
The Mission Calendar in AirHub provides a clear visual overview of all scheduled, active, and completed missions.
You can view it across different workspace scopes, switch between layouts, and track mission statuses at a glance.
1.2 Selecting Your Calendar Scope (Organisation vs. Team)
The missions visible in your calendar depend on the workspace you have selected. Always ensure you are in the correct workspace before reviewing your schedule.
Admin Workspace
To see a master calendar containing missions from all teams within your organisation:
Open the Workspace switcher at the top of the sidebar.
Select your main organisational workspace.
Note: Viewing organisation-wide mission calendars requires administrator permissions at the organisational level.
Team Workspace
To see a focused calendar displaying missions for a specific team:
Open the Workspace switcher.
Select the team workspace you wish to view.
This view is ideal for operational teams that only need visibility into their own upcoming or past missions.
1.3 Changing the Calendar Layout
By default, the mission calendar is shown in Week view, but you can easily switch to other layouts for broader or simpler overviews.
Navigate to Missions from the main sidebar.
In the header at the top of the page, click the View dropdown menu (it will say “Week” by default).
Select one of the following layouts:
• Week View – Shows all missions scheduled for the current week.
• Month View – Displays a full monthly overview for long-term planning.
• List View – Provides a simplified chronological list of all missions.
1.4 Understanding Mission Statuses
Each mission is colour-coded and labeled with a status, giving you an instant understanding of its current progress.
Standard Mission Statuses
• Draft – The mission is in the planning stage and not yet ready for execution.
• Ready – The mission has been fully planned and is ready to fly.
• In Progress – The mission is currently being executed in the field.
• Completed – The mission has been successfully flown and finished.
• Failed – The mission could not be executed due to a system or technical issue.
• Cancelled – The mission was ready but cancelled by a user before it began.
• Aborted – The mission was in progress but manually stopped by the pilot during flight.
Additional Statuses for Internal Mission Approval
If your organisation uses AirHub’s Internal Mission Approval workflow, two additional statuses may appear:
• In Review – The mission has been submitted and is awaiting managerial approval before execution.
• Rejected – The mission plan was reviewed and rejected by a manager; adjustments are needed before resubmission.
1.5 Summary
The Mission Calendar in AirHub offers a powerful way to manage and visualise all ongoing and upcoming drone operations.
By selecting the right workspace scope, adjusting your view layout, and understanding mission statuses, you can efficiently track the progress and readiness of all flights within your organisation.
