Selecting Your Calendar Scope (Organization vs. Team)
The missions you see in the calendar depend on the workspace you have selected. Before viewing your missions, ensure you have chosen the correct scope:
Admin Workspace: To see a master calendar containing missions from all teams within your organization, select your main organizational workspace from the Workspace switcher.
Note: Viewing the organization-wide mission calendar requires administrator permissions at the organizational level.
Team Workspace: To see a focused calendar with missions belonging to only a specific team, select that team's workspace from the Workspace switcher.
Changing the Calendar Layout
By default, the mission calendar is shown in a Week view. You can easily change this to a monthly overview or a simple list.
Navigate to Missions in the main sidebar.
In the header at the top of the page, click on the view dropdown menu (it will say "Week" by default).
Select your preferred layout: Week, Month, or List view.
Understanding Mission Statuses
Each mission in the calendar is color-coded and labeled with a status to give you an at-a-glance understanding of its current state. Here is what each status means:
Draft: The mission is still in the preparation phase and is not yet ready for execution.
Ready: The mission has been planned and is ready to be flown.
In Progress: The mission is currently being executed in the field.
Completed: The flight was successfully performed and the mission is finished.
Failed: The mission could not be executed by the system due to a technical issue.
Canceled: The mission was ready to be executed but was canceled by a user before it began.
Aborted: The mission was in progress but was aborted by the pilot during the flight.
Statuses for Internal Mission Approval
If your organization uses the Internal Mission Approval workflow, you will also see these statuses:
In Review: The mission has been submitted by a pilot and is awaiting approval from a manager before it can be flown.
Rejected: A manager has reviewed the mission plan and rejected it. The pilot will need to make changes and resubmit.
