Archiving a ground station helps maintain a clean and accurate list of active assets while keeping all historical mission data intact.
This action can only be performed from your Admin Workspace or Personal Workspace and is not available within a Team Workspace.

1.2 How to Archive a Ground Station

Follow these steps to move a ground station into your archive:

  1. Ensure you have selected your Admin Workspace or Personal Workspace from the Workspace switcher at the top of the sidebar.

  2. Navigate to the Assets section in the sidebar and expand it.

  3. Click on Ground Stations to view the list of all registered ground stations.

  4. Click on the name of the ground station you wish to archive to open its details page.

  5. In the top-right corner, click the three-dots menu button (⋮).

  6. Select Archive from the dropdown menu.

  7. A confirmation dialog will appear. Click Archive again to confirm.

The ground station will now be removed from your active ground stations list and placed into the archived assets section of your workspace.

1.3 What Happens to My Data

Archiving a ground station is a non-destructive process. All operational data and compliance records remain safe and accessible.

Past Missions and Logs are Preserved:
Archiving will not impact any past missions or flight logs. All records linked to the ground station will continue to appear in your data history for compliance and auditing purposes.

Compliance Records Remain Intact:
Archived ground stations remain associated with past missions, ensuring a full traceable record of historical operations.

Improved Asset Management:
Archiving unused or inactive ground stations helps declutter your workspace while maintaining complete operational transparency.
