Editing Ground Station Information
1.1 Drone Operations Center – Ground Station Editing Overview
Before you start:
Editing your ground station’s information ensures that all operational and maintenance data remains accurate and consistent across your organisation.
Keeping this information up to date helps with asset tracking, maintenance scheduling, and compliance documentation.
1.2 How to Edit Ground Station Information
Follow these steps to update your ground station’s details:
Select the correct Workspace from the Workspace switcher in the top navigation bar.
Navigate to the Assets section in the left-hand sidebar and expand it.
Click on Ground Stations to open the full list of registered stations.
From the list, click on the name of the ground station you wish to edit to open its details page.
In the top-right corner, click the three-dots menu button (⋮).
Select Edit from the dropdown menu.
A form will appear where you can modify any of the data fields for your ground station.
1.3 Important Notes
• Serial Number Accuracy:
The Serial Number is a key identifier used throughout AirHub for asset management, maintenance logging, and tracking.
Ensure that the serial number exactly matches the one displayed on the physical ground station to maintain accurate data association.
• Verification:
Double-check all information before saving. Consistent and correct entries improve system reliability, reporting accuracy, and compliance traceability.
1.4 Saving Your Changes
Once all updates have been made and verified:
Click Save at the bottom of the form.
The updated details will be applied immediately and reflected throughout your asset records.
Your ground station’s information is now successfully updated in AirHub.
