1.1 Ground Control – Create an Account

Before you start:

To begin using the AirHub Ground Control app, you need to create an account.
Your AirHub account allows you to plan missions, log flights, and stay connected with your organisation’s workspace.

Make sure you have access to the email address you will use to register, as you’ll need to verify it after signing up.

1.2 How to Register in the App

Follow these simple steps to create your AirHub account directly from the app:

1. Download the app
   • Get the AirHub Ground Control app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, or download it directly from our website: www.airhub.app/download.

2. Open the app
   • On the main login screen, tap Create an account at the bottom, just above the Log in button.

3. Enter your email
   • Type in your email address and tap Continue.

4. Set a strong password
   • Choose a secure password using a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
   • This helps keep your account protected.

5. Complete registration
   • Tap Register to finish the sign-up process.

1.3 Verify Your Email

After registering:
• Check your email inbox for a verification message from AirHub.
• Follow the link in the email to verify your account.
• Once verified, you can log in to AirHub on either the Ground Control app or the Drone Operations Centre (web).

When logging in for the first time, you’ll be prompted to complete your profile before accessing your workspace.
