How to Log In Using the AirHub Ground Control App

1.1 Logging In

Before you start:

If you don’t have an account yet, you can register directly in the app.

  1. Open the AirHub app.

  2. On the main screen, tap Create Account.

  3. Enter your email address and create a password.

Your password must include at least:

  • 8 characters

  • 1 lowercase letter

  • 1 uppercase letter

  • 1 number

  • 1 special character

  1. Tap Create Account to finish.

1.3 Signing In with SSO

If your organization uses Single Sign-On (SSO), you can log in using your workspace credentials.

  1. On the login screen, tap Sign in with SSO.

  2. Enter your workspace’s SSO shortname and press Continue.

  3. You will be redirected to the Microsoft Online login page.

  4. Log in using your workspace credentials.

  5. After successful authentication, you will be redirected back to the AirHub app and signed in automatically.

1.4 What Happens Next

  • Once logged in, you will be taken to your workspace dashboard in the app.

  • If you created a new account, you may need to verify your email address before accessing all features.

  • When using SSO, future logins will follow the same process, redirecting you to your organization’s identity provider before returning you to the app.

1.5 Next Steps

  • If you forgot your password, use the Forgot Password option on the login screen.

  • If you cannot log in with SSO, confirm that you are entering the correct SSO shortname provided by your workspace admin.

  • For troubleshooting, check your internet connection and ensure you are running the latest version of the app.
