1.1 Managing Your Profile in the Ground Control App
Before you start:
Profile settings in the Ground Control app are limited. You can update basic account details, change your password, or log out. Some advanced changes (such as workspace-level settings) can only be done through the Drone Operations Center (DOC).
1.2 Updating Your Profile (iOS)
Open the Ground Control app.
From the bottom menu, navigate to your Workspace.
Tap Profile in the top-right corner of the screen.
A new screen will appear with the following options:
Deactivate account: Permanently remove your account.
Log Out: Sign out of the app.
1.3 Updating Your Profile (Android)
Open the Ground Control app.
Tap Workspace in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
Tap Profile in the top-right corner of the screen.
A new screen will open with several options, including:
Edit Profile: Edit your profile details.
Settings: Change your preferences.
Change Password: Update your account password.
Change email: Edit your email.
Info: View the T&C, privacy policy and app versioning.
Deactivate account: Permanently remove your account.
Log Out: Sign out of the app.
1.4 What Happens Next
If you delete your account, your access to AirHub services will be removed permanently.
Any saved changes (such as a new password or updated profile details) take effect immediately.
1.5 Next Steps
For advanced account management (e.g. permissions, team roles, or workspace-level changes), log into the AirHub DOC on desktop.
If you experience issues updating your profile, ensure that you have a stable internet connection and the latest version of the Ground Control app installed.
