Login with Microsoft Single Sign-On (SSO)
1.1 Drone Operations Center – Microsoft SSO Login
Before you start:
To log in via Single Sign-On (SSO), you’ll need your organisation’s unique SSO short name.
This short name is created by your company when setting up the SSO integration.
If you do not know your SSO short name, please contact your organisation’s IT administrator for assistance before proceeding.
1.2 How to Log In with Microsoft SSO
Navigate to the AirHub Drone Operations Center login page and click Login.
Below the standard email and password fields, select Sign in with SSO.

Enter your organisation’s unique Microsoft SSO short name in the text field.

Click Login to continue.

You will be redirected to your organisation’s Microsoft login page.
Follow the on-screen instructions and enter your Microsoft email address and password.
Once successfully authenticated, you’ll be redirected back to the AirHub platform and automatically logged in to your account.
1.3 Troubleshooting
If you experience issues logging in via SSO:
• Verify that your SSO short name is entered correctly.
• Ensure that your Microsoft credentials (email and password) are valid.
• If the issue persists, contact your organisation’s IT department for assistance.
Please note: AirHub does not manage or reset your organisation’s SSO credentials. These are fully controlled by your company’s Microsoft identity system.
1.4 Summary
Using Microsoft Single Sign-On allows users to log in securely with their existing company credentials. It simplifies access management while maintaining enterprise-level security and compliance within AirHub.
