Accessing Your Account Settings

1.1 Drone Operations Center – Account Settings

Before you start:

The Account Settings in the AirHub Drone Operations Centre allow you to manage your personal information, preferences, and connected services.
From updating your name and profile photo to managing privacy, security, and subscription details — this section gives you full control over your AirHub experience.

1.2 Accessing Your Account Settings

1. Log in to the AirHub Drone Operations Centre.

2. In the sidebar, click on Account to open your account settings page.

This page provides several sections to help you manage your account efficiently.

1.3 Overview of Account Settings Sections

Account Profile

This section allows you to personalise your user experience.

• Name and Avatar: Set your display name and upload a profile image.
Your name identifies you as a pilot or team member in missions, logbooks, and reports.

• Units: Choose between Metric (metres, km/h) and Imperial (feet, mph).
This affects how altitude, distance, and speed data are displayed throughout the platform.

• Theme: Switch between Dark Mode and Light Mode to suit your viewing environment.

• Disabling Tours: Turn off guided product tours that appear for new features.

• Reset Tours: Restart all product tours if you want a refresher on how specific features work.

• Analytics: Manage your privacy preferences by opting in or out of anonymous usage analytics.

Pilot Compliance

This section helps you monitor your flight currency and certifications.

• Log and track your flight hours, medical, and pilot certificates.
• The system will automatically show your current compliance status based on the information provided.

Login and Security

Here you can manage your login credentials and security settings.

• Change Email: Update the email address linked to your account.
• Change Password: Create a new password to keep your account secure.

Apps and Connections

Manage your integrations with third-party services.

• Enable or disable the DJI Cloud import feature to synchronise flight logs automatically.
• Review and manage other connected applications or integrations.

Subscription

View and manage your AirHub subscription plan.

• Check your current subscription status and plan details.
• Find options to upgrade your plan to unlock advanced features and extended functionality.

1.4 Log Out of Your Account

At the bottom of the Account Settings page, you will find the option to Log Out.
Clicking this button will safely end your session and return you to the login screen.
