Step 1: Set Up Your Account
Your first step is to create your account and personalize your profile. This is where you'll set your personal details, preferred units (metric/imperial), and security settings.
Step 2: Understand Your Workspace
Workspaces are the core of how you organize your data. Every user has a Personal Workspace for their individual flights. Organizations can create a central Organizational Workspace which can contain multiple Team Workspaces to separate projects or departments.
Step 3: Build Your Fleet and Invite Your Team
Before you can fly, you need to add your assets to the platform. If you're an administrator of an organizational workspace, this is also the time to invite your team members and assign them roles.
Step 4: Plan Your First Mission
Now you're ready to plan your first operation. The mission planner brings together all the elements of a safe and compliant flight, from defining your flight area to performing a risk assessment.
Step 5: Explore Key Features
Once you're comfortable with the basics, explore some of AirHub's other powerful features for managing your entire operation.
This guide provides a starting point. We encourage you to explore the rest of our help center to learn about all the features AirHub has to offer. Happy flying!
