1. Manually Add a Drone

Adding a drone manually gives you full control over the information entered. It's a quick and straightforward process. Here’s how you do it:

  1. Open the AirHub Drone Operations Center (DOC) and log in to your account.

  2. Select the correct Workspace from the workspace switcher in the top navigation bar.

  3. Navigate to the Assets section in the left-hand sidebar and expand it.

  4. Click on the Drones menu item from the dropdown list.

  5. Click the + New button located in the header at the top of the page.

  6. A form will appear. Fill in all the required data fields for your drone, such as its make, model, and registration number.

Important: Pay close attention to the Serial Number. This number is used for automatic flight logging. Ensure it exactly matches the serial number on your physical drone to guarantee accurate log association.

  7. Once all the information is entered correctly, click Save.

That's it! Your drone is now successfully added to your asset library and is ready to be assigned to flights and projects.

2. Add Drones via DJI Import

If you're a DJI user, you can easily import your drones, along with older flight data, equipment, and batteries, directly from the DJI Cloud. This is a great way to quickly populate your AirHub workspace with your existing fleet and flight history.
