How to Access and View Your Training
First, ensure you have selected your Team workspace from the Workspace switcher.
Navigate to the Manage section in the sidebar and click on Training and Skills.
You will now see a list of all trainings assigned to your role within this team.
Click on any training in the list to open its details page. Here you can see:
The training description, category, and renewal frequency.
Your personal statistics, like your total number of completions and rejections.
Your current experience level for this training.
How to Request a Training Completion
When you have completed a training or have an existing certification, you can submit it for review by your manager.
From the training details page, click the Request Completion button in the header.
A form will appear. Fill in the required information:
Reason for completion: Write a brief note for your manager.
Upload a file: Attach your proof of completion, such as a scanned certificate or a screenshot of your results.
Click Request Review to submit your request.
Your training manager will be notified to review your submission. You will receive a notification after it has been approved or rejected. You can find any feedback they provide in your training history.
How to View Your Training History and Feedback
You can review all of your past submissions and the feedback you've received for any training.
From the training details page, click on the My Training History tab.
A list of all your past submissions for this training will appear.
Click on a specific training record to view its details. A dialog will open showing:
The date of the completion.
Your experience level at that time.
The status (e.g., Approved, Rejected, Pending Review).
The name of the person who reviewed it.
Any feedback the reviewer provided.
