Managing Team Training
1.1 Drone Operations Center – Assigning a Training to a Team
Before you start:
The actions described in this article require administrative permissions within the organisational workspace. Assigning a training ensures that the right team members, based on their roles, see the relevant courses in their required list.
How to Assign a Training to a Team
Select your Admin Workspace from the Workspace Switcher.
Go to Manage → Training and Skills.
Open the training you wish to assign from the list.
Go to the Team tab.
Click the plus (+) button. A dialog will open listing all teams in your organisation.
Select the teams you wish to assign the training to.
Click Add to confirm.
Members of the selected teams who hold the role defined in the training settings will now see this training in their required list.
1.2 Adding a Completion for a Member (Admin)
Before you start:
Administrative permissions within the organisational workspace are required to manually add completions for members.
How to Add a Completion
From Training and Skills, open the relevant training.
Go to the Members tab to view all participants.
Click the plus (+) button next to the member’s name.
A form will appear where you can provide a rating and feedback.
Click Save to record the completion.
This allows administrators to register past or externally completed trainings on behalf of team members.
1.3 Reviewing Member Completion Requests
Before you start:
Administrative permissions are required to review training completion requests.
When a member uploads a certificate or submits a completion request, it must be reviewed and approved by an administrator.
Method 1: Using the Aggregated ‘To Review’ Tab
From Training and Skills, open the To Review tab in the header.
You will see a list of all pending requests across the organisation.
Click Review next to the relevant member.
A form will appear where you can Approve or Reject the request.
• If approving, add a rating and feedback.Click Save to complete the review.
Method 2: From the Training Detail View
From Training and Skills, open the relevant training.
Go to the Members tab.
Find the member with a pending request and click Review.
Approve or reject the request and, if approving, add a rating and feedback.
Click Save to confirm the review.
1.4 Viewing a Member’s Training History
Before you start:
Administrative permissions are required to view detailed member histories.
How to View Training History
From Training and Skills, open the relevant training.
Go to the Members tab.
Click on a member’s name.
A dialog will open showing that member’s training history for the selected course, including:
• Date of completions
• Experience level
• Status (Approved, Rejected, Pending Review)
• Reviewer name
• Reviewer feedback
1.5 Deleting a Training Completion
Before you start:
Administrative permissions are required to delete completion records. This should only be done if a record was added in error.
How to Delete a Completion
Follow the steps above to view a member’s training history.
In the history dialog, click the completion record you wish to remove to expand it.
Click Delete.
A confirmation dialog will appear. Click Delete again to confirm.
The completion will now be permanently removed from the member’s training history.

Managing team training in AirHub allows administrators to assign courses, record completions, and oversee member progress.
By reviewing requests, tracking histories, and maintaining accurate records, organisations ensure full compliance and consistent skill development across all teams.
