How to manage training and keep track of progression as an admin

How to Assign a Training to a Team

Note: The actions described in this article require administrative permissions within the organizational workspace.

  1. First, ensure you have selected your main Admin Workspace from the Workspace switcher.

  2. Navigate to the Manage section in the sidebar and click on Training and Skills.

  3. Open the training you wish to assign from the list.

  4. Go to the Team tab.

  5. Click on the plus (+) button. A dialog will appear, listing all teams in your organization.

  6. Select the teams from the list you want to assign the training to.

  7. Press Add.

Members of the selected team(s) who have the role defined in the training's settings will now see this training in their required list.

How to Add a Completion for a Member (Admin)

Note: The actions described in this article require administrative permissions within the organizational workspace.

As an admin, you can manually log a training completion on behalf of a member.

  1. From the Training and Skills overview, open the relevant training from the list.

  2. Go to the Members tab to see a list of all members.

  3. Click on the plus (+) button next to the name of the member to add a completion record.

  4. A form will be presented where you can give a rating and leave feedback.

  5. Press Save to add the completion.

How to Review Member Completion Requests

Note: The actions described in this article require administrative permissions within the organizational workspace.

When a member submits a training for completion (e.g., by uploading a certificate), you will need to review it. There are two places you can do this.

Method 1: Using the Aggregated 'To Review' Tab

This view shows you all pending requests across the entire organization.

  1. From the Training and Skills overview, click on the To Review tab in the header.

  2. You will see a list of all pending training completion requests.

  3. Click on the Review button next to the member's name to start the review process.

  4. A form will appear. You can choose to Approve or Reject the request. If you approve it, add a rating and leave feedback.

  5. Press Save to finish the review.

Method 2: From the Training Detail View

This view shows you pending requests for one specific training.

  1. From the Training and Skills overview, open the relevant training from the list.

  2. Go to the Members tab.

  3. Find the member with a pending request and click the Review button next to their name.

  4. A form will appear. You can choose to Approve or Reject. If approving, add a rating and feedback.

  5. Press Save to finish the review.

How to View a Member's Training History

Note: The actions described in this article require administrative permissions within the organizational workspace.

  1. From the Training and Skills overview, open the relevant training.

  2. Go to the Members tab.

  3. Click on a member's name in the list.

  4. A dialog with their training history for that specific training will be shown. Here you can see the date of completions, the experience level, status, the reviewer, and any feedback.

How to Delete a Training Completion

Note: The actions described in this article require administrative permissions within the organizational workspace.

If a completion was added in error, you can remove it.

  1. Follow the steps above to view a member's training history.

  2. In the history dialog, click on the completion record you wish to remove to expand it.

  3. Click on the Delete button.

  4. A confirmation dialog will pop up. Click Delete again to confirm.
