Accessing and Managing Your Training
1.1 Drone Operations Centre – Training Overview
Before you start:
Training and certification tracking in AirHub helps ensure every pilot, observer, or technician stays current and compliant.
This guide explains how to access your assigned trainings, submit completions, and review your training history and feedback.
Make sure you have selected your Team Workspace, training assignments and records are workspace-specific.
1.2 How to Access and View Your Training
Select your Team Workspace from the Workspace Switcher.
In the sidebar, navigate to Manage → Training and Skills.
You will see a list of all trainings assigned to your role within this team.
Click any training from the list to open its details page.
Here you can view:
• The training description, category, and renewal frequency.
• Your personal statistics, including total completions and rejections.
• Your current experience level for this specific training.
1.3 How to Request a Training Completion
When you complete a training course or hold an existing certification, you can submit it for manager review.
From the training details page, click the Request Completion button in the header.
A form will appear — fill in the required fields:
• Reason for completion: Write a short note explaining your submission.
• Upload a file: Attach proof of completion such as a scanned certificate or screenshot.Click Request Review to submit your request.
Once submitted:
• Your training manager will receive a notification to review it.
• You’ll get an update notification when it’s approved or rejected.
• Any manager feedback will appear in your training history.
1.4 How to View Your Training History and Feedback
From the training details page, open the My Training History tab.
A list of your past submissions for that training will appear.
Click a specific record to open its details.
The record view displays:
• The date of completion.
• Your experience level at that time.
• The status — Approved, Rejected, or Pending Review.
• The reviewer’s name.
• Any feedback provided by the reviewer.
1.5 Summary
The Training and Skills module in AirHub keeps all certifications transparent and traceable.
You can track personal progress, request reviews with supporting documents, and maintain an up-to-date record of your qualifications — all within your team workspace.
