1.1 Drone Operations Center – Library
Before you start:
The Library in your AirHub workspace serves as a central repository for all important operational documents and media. It provides a structured and secure way to manage your organisation’s files, ensuring that essential information is always accessible to authorised users.
Uploading your documents and media to the Library allows you to:
• Centralise key documents such as operational manuals, pilot certificates, insurance documentation, and authorisations.
• Store and share mission media including drone videos and images that can be reviewed by team members or used for compliance reporting.
• Maintain version control and consistency across your teams and workspaces.
This ensures that your entire organisation operates from the same verified set of materials, improving efficiency and compliance.
1.2 Uploading Files and Media to the Library
Select the workspace where you want to upload documents and files using the Workspace Switcher from the Workspace tab.
Then, open the Library from the navigation bar.
Click on Documents to access the file management section.
Press the + button located at the upper right corner.
Choose your file from your device and confirm the upload.
Your file or media will now appear in the Library and be available for review or assignment.
