Archiving Maintenance

Archiving Maintenance

If a maintenance program is no longer relevant to your operations—for example, if you have retired all assets the program applies to—you can archive it. Archiving removes the program from your active list, keeping your maintenance dashboard clean and focused on current requirements. All historical data associated with the program is preserved.

Note: You must have administrative permissions within the organizational workspace to archive maintenance programs.

Archiving a Program

  1. First, ensure you have selected your main organizational workspace from the Workspace switcher.

  2. Navigate to the Manage section in the sidebar and click on Maintenance.

  3. From the overview, click on the name of the maintenance program you wish to archive.

  4. Click on the three-dots menu button (⋮) in the header.

  5. Click on Archive from the dropdown menu.

  6. A confirmation dialog will appear. Click the Archive button to confirm the action.

What Happens When You Archive a Program?

  • It is No Longer Active: The program will be removed from your active maintenance overview. It will stop tracking usage for any associated assets, and notifications for it will no longer be sent.

  • Your Data is Preserved: Archiving is non-destructive. All maintenance completion records and the history associated with the program are preserved for your compliance records.
