Deleting Your Account
1.1 Ground Control – Delete Account
Before you start:
! Warning: Deleting your account is permanent !
Deleting your AirHub account is an irreversible action. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered by you or by the AirHub support team.
When you delete your account:
• All of your personal data, flight logs, missions, and uploaded files will be permanently erased.
• This includes any data linked to your personal workspace.
• If you are part of an organisational workspace, your account will be removed, but any flight logs or data you contributed to that organisation will remain stored within their records for compliance purposes.
Please ensure you have exported or saved any important data before continuing.
1.2 How to Delete Your Account
Open the Ground Control app.
In the navigation bar, click on Workspace, and press the 'user profile' icon in the upper right corner next to the bell. You are now in the Profile section.
Under the Profile section, scroll down and click Deactivate Account.
A confirmation dialog will appear asking you to verify your identity.
Enter your current password to confirm the deletion request.
Click the final Delete button to permanently erase your account and all associated data.
1.3 Summary
Deleting your AirHub account permanently removes all data associated with your personal workspace.
While your organisational contributions remain for compliance, your personal information and files cannot be recovered once deletion is confirmed.
Only proceed if you are certain you wish to close your account permanently.
