Deleting a File

1.1 Ground Control – Delete Files

Before you start:

! Important: Deleting a file in AirHub is permanent and cannot be undone. Once deleted, the file cannot be recovered by you or by the AirHub support team.

Before proceeding, ensure you no longer need the file or have downloaded a backup copy for safekeeping.
You must also have the appropriate permissions (e.g., be the file owner or an administrator) to delete files.

1.2 How to Delete a File

  1. Select the correct workspace from the Workspace Switcher, from the Workspace tab.

  2. Then, open the Library from the navigation bar and click on Documents.

  3. Locate and click on the file you wish to delete.
    • The file will open in the File Viewer.

  4. In the upper right corner of the File Viewer, press the three dots (⋮) and click Delete.

  5. A confirmation dialog will appear to prevent accidental deletion.

  6. Click Delete again in the dialog to permanently remove the file.

Once confirmed, the file is permanently deleted from your workspace and cannot be restored.

Always confirm that the file is no longer needed or has been backed up before proceeding. Only users with the appropriate permissions can delete files.
