1.1 Ground Control – Archive Equipment

Before you start:

Make sure you are logged into your workspace and have access to the Library.
Archiving equipment in AirHub removes it from your active equipment list, but it remains stored in historical flight records to maintain compliance and traceability.

This feature is especially useful for retiring old or unused equipment without losing any associated operational history.

1.2 How to Archive Equipment

  1. Open the Library from the bottom menu in the Ground Control app.
    • Here you’ll also find Flyzones, Missions, and Workspace options.

  2. Select Equipment from the Library menu.

  3. Tap on the equipment item you wish to archive to open its details.

  4. In the upper-right corner of the details page, tap the three dots (more options) icon.

  5. Choose Archive Equipment from the menu.

The selected item will now be archived and removed from your active equipment overview.

1.3 What Happens Next

Once archived:
• The equipment will no longer appear in your active equipment list.
• It will remain visible in all previous flights, mission logs, and records to ensure compliance requirements are fully met.
• Archived equipment can still be reviewed in your historical data for reference or auditing purposes.

1.4 Summary

Archiving equipment in AirHub helps keep your Library clean and organised without losing important operational history.
This ensures that all compliance and maintenance records remain accessible, even after equipment is no longer in use.
