Editing Equipment Information

1.1 Ground Control – Equipment Editing Overview

Before you start:
Keeping your equipment information accurate ensures proper tracking, automatic flight logging, and compliance across your operations.
You can easily update your asset details at any time from the Assets section of the AirHub Drone Operations Centre.

1.2 How to Edit Equipment Information

Follow these steps to update the details of any registered piece of equipment:

  1. Open the AirHub Ground Control app, and make sure you are in the correct workspace.

  2. Navigate to the Assets section in the navigation bar.

  3. Click on Equipment to open the full list of all items.

  4. From the list, click on the name of the equipment you wish to edit to open its details page.

  5. In the top-right corner, click the three-dots menu button (⋮).

  6. Select Edit from the dropdown menu.

  7. A form will appear where you can update the relevant information for your equipment.

  8. Once you have made all necessary updates and verified the information, Click Save at the top of the form.

  9. Your changes will be instantly applied and reflected across your asset library.


    Your equipment information is now successfully updated.

1.3 Important Notes

Serial Number Accuracy:
The Serial Number field is crucial for automatic flight logging. Ensure this number exactly matches the serial number printed on your physical equipment (for example, a drone or battery).
A mismatch could cause flight data to be logged incorrectly or not at all.

Data Verification:
Always double-check your entries for accuracy before saving, as these values are used throughout your operational records and reports.
