Editing Drone Information
1.1 Ground Control – Drone Editing Overview
Before you start:
Editing your drone information ensures that all flight logs, maintenance schedules, and compliance records remain accurate. Keeping your drone details up to date helps maintain proper traceability and synchronization between AirHub and your operational data.
1.2 How to Edit Drone Information
Follow these steps to update your drone’s details:
Navigate to the Assets section in navigation bar.
Click on Drones to view all drones in your workspace.
From the list, click on the name of the drone you want to edit to open its details page.
In the top-right corner, click the three-dots menu button (⋮).
Select Edit from the dropdown menu.
A form will appear where you can modify any of the data fields for your drone.
Once you have completed your updates and verified that the information is correct, Click Save at the top of the form.
Your updated drone details will be stored immediately in your asset library.
That’s it, your drone’s information has now been successfully updated in AirHub.
1.3 Important Notes
• Serial Number Accuracy:
The Serial Number is a key identifier used for automatic flight logging and telemetry matching.
Ensure the number exactly matches the serial number on your physical drone to guarantee that all flight records and logs are correctly associated.
• Data Verification:
Double-check your edits before saving. Accurate data ensures that reporting, maintenance history, and compliance documentation remain correct and traceable.
