Incident report

Exporting an incident report as a PDF provides a professional, standardized, and easily shareable document of the entire investigation. This is beneficial for several reasons:

  • External Sharing: You can securely share the report with external stakeholders, such as aviation authorities, insurance providers, or clients, without giving them direct access to your AirHub platform.

  • Formal Archiving: A PDF serves as a permanent, uneditable record for your organization's formal safety and compliance archives.

  • Standardized Format: It ensures all the relevant information—from the initial report to all follow-ups—is presented in a clean, consistent, and easy-to-read format.

Exporting Your Report

  1. Go to the Manage section in the sidebar and expand it.

  2. Click on Incidents.

  3. Click on the incident name in the list to open its details.

  4. Click on the three-dots menu button (⋮) in the top right corner.

  5. Click on Print (PDF).

  6. A new tab will open in your browser, launching the native print dialog. Here you can either choose to print to download it as a pdf file
