Incident Report

1.1 Why Export an Incident Report

Exporting an incident report as a PDF creates a standardized, professional, and shareable document of the full investigation.

This is useful for:

  • External Sharing: Securely share the report with authorities, insurance providers, or clients without giving them access to your AirHub platform.

  • Formal Archiving: Keep a permanent, uneditable record for your organization’s safety and compliance documentation.

  • Standardized Format: Present all relevant details, from the initial report to follow-ups, in a consistent, readable layout.

1.2 Exporting the Report

  1. Go to the Manage section in the sidebar and expand it.

  2. Click on Incidents.

  3. Select the incident you want to export from the list.

  4. Click on the three-dots menu (⋮) in the top-right corner.

  5. Select Print (PDF).

  6. A new tab will open in your browser with the native print dialog.

  7. Choose Save as PDF to download the report, or Print to create a physical copy.
