Accessing a Member’s Profile

1.1 Drone Operations Center – Member Management Overview

Before you start:
You must have administrative permissions in a workspace to view and manage the profiles of other members. Member profiles provide a centralized overview of individual activity, roles, and training progress within your organization.

1.2 How to Access a Member’s Profile

Follow these steps to open and review a member’s profile:

  1. Select your Admin Workspace from the Workspace switcher.

  2. Navigate to the Manage section in the sidebar and click on Members.

  3. From the member overview list, click on the name of the member whose profile you want to view.

1.3 Understanding the Member Profile Page

The profile page brings together all relevant information about the member in one place. This allows administrators to monitor individual activity, compliance, and performance.

You can view:

  • Member Details
    The member’s full name, email address, and all assigned roles at both organizational and team levels.

  • Training Progression
    An overview of their current training status, including required certifications, active training programs, and skill progression.

  • Flight Statistics
    A summary of key operational metrics, such as total flight hours, number of completed flights, and recent mission activity.
