⚠️ Please read carefully before proceeding:
Effect of Archiving: Archiving a member immediately revokes their access to the workspace. While they can no longer log in, all their data, such as their name on past flight logs, will be preserved for your records.
Reactivating a Member: This action can be undone. If you need to grant access to an archived member again, simply invite them back to the organizational workspace using their original email address. Their account will be reactivated.
Last Admin Rule: You cannot archive a member if they are the last remaining administrator of a team. You must first assign a new admin to that team before proceeding.
Last Member Rule: You cannot archive the last member of a team. If you wish to remove the final member, you will need to archive the team itself. You can read more about managing teams here.
How to Archive a Member
First, ensure you have selected your Admin Workspace from the Workspace switcher.
Go to the Manage section in the sidebar and click on Members.
From the list of members, check the box next to the name(s) of the member(s) you wish to archive.
Click on the Archive button that appears in the header.
A confirmation dialog will appear. To proceed, click the Archive button again.
The selected member(s) will be immediately moved to the archive, and their access to the workspace will be revoked.
