Switching Workspaces in the Ground Control App

While you cannot create new organizational workspaces directly within the Ground Control app, you can easily access and switch between all of your existing workspaces. This allows you to manage flights and assets for your personal account or any team you are a part of, right from your mobile device.

Switching Workspaces

1.1 Ground Control – Switch Between Workspaces

Before you start:

In the AirHub Ground Control app, you can easily switch between your personal and team workspaces.
Each workspace holds its own missions, flights, and assets, allowing you to manage multiple operations efficiently within a single account.

If you want to create a new organisational workspace, this can only be done via the web-based AirHub Drone Operations Center.
For details, see the article: Creating an Organizational Workspace.

1.2 How to Switch Your Workspace

Follow these steps to switch between available workspaces in the Ground Control app:

  1. Open the AirHub Ground Control app on your device.

  2. In the lower-right corner of the main screen, tap the Workspaces tab.

  3. A menu will appear showing all workspaces you have access to, including:
    • Your Personal Workspace.
    • Any Team or Organisational Workspaces you are part of.

  4. Tap the name of the workspace you want to switch to.

  5. The app will automatically load the dashboard for the selected workspace, displaying its missions, flight statistics, and equipment.
