How to Upload documents and Media to Your Library

The Library in your AirHub workspace serves as a central repository for all your important files and media. Uploading documents and media here allows you to:

  • Centralize Key Documents: Keep operational handbooks, pilot certificates, insurance documents, and authorizations in one accessible place for your whole team.

  • Store and Share Mission Media: Create a central location for drone videos and images that can be reviewed by team members or used for reports.

Purpose of uploading files or media to the AirHub Drone operation platform

  1. Select the workspace where the checklist is located from the Workspace switcher.

  2. Go to the Library section in the sidebar and click on files.

  3. Press the upload button located in the header

  4. from the dropdown choose documents example certificates or operational handbooks, media for uploading drone videos or images

When you upload a file to an admin workspace, it must be assigned to a team to become visible to non-administrative members.
