1.1 Drone Operations Center – Library

Before you start:

The Library in your AirHub workspace serves as a central repository for all important operational documents and media. It provides a structured and secure way to manage your organisation’s files, ensuring that essential information is always accessible to authorised users.

Uploading your documents and media to the Library allows you to:
Centralise key documents such as operational manuals, pilot certificates, insurance documentation, and authorisations.
Store and share mission media including drone videos and images that can be reviewed by team members or used for compliance reporting.
Maintain version control and consistency across your teams and workspaces.

This ensures that your entire organisation operates from the same verified set of materials, improving efficiency and compliance.

1.2 Uploading Files and Media to the Library

  1. Select the workspace where the Library is located using the Workspace Switcher at the top of the sidebar.

  2. Open the Library from the left-hand sidebar.

  3. Click on Files to access the file management section.

  4. Press the Upload button in the header.

  5. From the dropdown menu, select the appropriate upload category:
Documents – for operational handbooks, certificates, or authorisations.
Media – for uploading drone videos, photos, or other visual assets.

  6. Choose your file from your device and confirm the upload.

Your file or media will now appear in the Library and be available for review or assignment.

1.3 Assigning Files to Teams and Workspaces

When uploading files to an Admin Workspace, the files are only visible to administrative users by default.
To make them available to team members, each file must be assigned to a team or workspace.

You can read more about how to manage file permissions and assign them to teams in the next article: Managing and Assigning Files to a Team.

1.4 Summary

The Library in AirHub ensures that all documents, certifications, and mission media are centralised, secure, and easily accessible to the right people. Whether you are storing compliance documents or uploading footage from recent missions, the Library keeps your organisation organised and compliant.
